Solomon Languages is a multi-lingual foreign language institute that was established with a mission to empower people to communicate fluently not just by learning a language but by understanding the culture and ethos of people of the respective countries as well.

Lt Lily Shama George (Retd)
Training Head & Lead Trainer (IELTS & Softskills)
With a chequered career of over 15 years experience in the Academic arena, Lily Shama is a multi-faceted person who had been part of the pioneer batch of lady defence officers and had worked in officer training academies and educational institutions and is our key Soft skills trainer. She started as an apprentice and became a COO having worked in MNCs, NGOs, Governmental organizations and Educational Schools and Colleges. She is a British Council certified Master Trainer of IELTS and designs Spoken English and Soft skills classes to suit student needs. She enjoys teaching, designing and developing courses that are student-centric, ensuring the overall development of an individual. She is dedicated and believes that training is a success only when learning results in a behavioural change. She recently received an achievement award for service to Country and Education from the VDM – Hyderabad Chapter in 2019.
Ravichandran Ivan
Language Head & Instructor (German & French)
The Language Head of this institute, Ravichandran is a highly experienced professional who has worked utilizing his language skills in various domains and has distinguished himself in multiple roles for the past 25 years. He has lived and worked in France and Germany and worked for MNCs such as Amazon and Renault Nissan. As an MNC recruiter, seeing the gaps in learning of various students from other language institutes, he decided to open one, to provide a comprehensive language learning solution to learners of foreign languages.
He is an MA in English Literature, with the highest certifications in German and French from Goethe Instutut (Max Mueller Bhavan) and Alliance Française with a teacher training certification in Foreign Languages as well. He is passionate about language learning and is dedicated to develop this love for the language in his students as well.
